A detailed, network-sharable contact database. It's much more extensive than an address book. The default view contains a table of your contacts, with an optional pane to display the record selected. Jump to a record using the alphabet keys, scroll to browse the list, or use the find feature to search for text in any data field. The data records are extensive, with a six-tab form that includes not only the typical name, address, and phone numbers, but also URL and file attachments, memos, a log of contact information, and even a link to the MapQuest site to generate driving directions. Data forms offer three types of user-defined fields: text, date, and floating point number. The latter two are marked with calendar and calculator pop-ups. Toolbar icons let you dial a selection, choose any number in the data record, or quickly send a MAPI email message drafted on the pop-up text editor. The program doesn't provide prioritized call-back or to-do lists, but these functions are available in other products from the author.
