The Claymore Card Filer allows you to create a list of individuals and their contact information and sort them by resource and class. This system is particularly useful for sales and customer service staff. Each staff member (resource) can have their own list of contacts and organize them as they see fit. Each contact has a series of custom fields that can be used to track various useful bits of information.
