Run your own mailing lists! Arrow allows you to create and manage interactive mailing list discussions on your PC - you do not need access to a List Server. Arrow uses standard Internet protocols (POP3 and SMTP) so all it requires is a standard e-mail account. Arrow allows you to moderate the lists or process list messages automatically. Arrow allows you to require confirmation of subscription requests and includestools to report 'spam' and manage abusive or disruptive subscribers. Subscribers can choose to receive individual messages or digests. The unregistered version supports a single mailing list with up to 50 subs.
