A system tray application that can notify you immediately when new messages arrive on your POP3 mail server but without your having to keep an email program always running. It supports up to ten email accounts and features a configurable polling cycle. Notification options include displaying the number of new messages via an icon in the system tray, playing a user-specified WAV file, showing a message box, or launching your email program. Jet-MailMonitor supports Exchange, Netscape, Internet Mail, Outlook 97, and Outlook Express email clients by default andallows you to register other email programs as well. Email clients can be launched on arrival of new mail or by double-clicking the Jet-MailMonitor icon in the system tray. This version supports new features, including TimeSync, Spam Mail Check, and Preview Message.
