Task-O-Matic is a comprehensive task list manager that helps you to quickly organize all of your business or personal notes and to do lists. It uses a fully skinned graphically rich interface with a choice of skins. For each task item, Task-O-Matic optionally allows you to give priority levels, required completion date, estimated number of days to complete, more detailed information and an associated file link. It will automatically sort your list according to the priority of each item and a task will appear at the highest priority level when the project needs to be started. After completed tasks are checked off they can be automatically moved to the end of the current list, deleted or exported to a completed list. You can have as many different lists as you like, allowing you to separate work from personal interests. This software is helpful as an organizer in aiding you to detail, prioritise, remember and focus your tasks.
