for any day and how are they spread through this day.

Events can be arranged by groups. This option will help you to plan your time more efficiently
For example, you have created Meetings group. When you will select this item in group list
you will see all days when you are going to have meetings highlighted on the calendar. If you will also check Hide Completed option, only
days with uncompleted meetings will be highlighted.
