Enter all customer data in the Base Register and EasiBase will track all actions taken, in the Activity Register. All data is stored in Microsoft Access format. User-addressable fields are a major feature, providing a high degree of customisation. EasiBase outputs include user-definable Reports, export to Microsoft Excel, auto-merging to Microsoft Word, where EasiBase includes 10 standard, user-defined letters with links to around 50 database fields.
