Converts BMP/WMF (Windows) files into colourful GIFs, that can contain as many colours as desired (without the 256-colour restriction). With itsagif, it is possible to put colourful GIFs on the web, that still downloads quickly as sharp preview images with few colours. Itsagif does this by layering the colours.
