Fully Year 2000 compliant and 32 bit with the ability to store in most popular image file formats, either from Scanned sources (Twain compliant) or imported from supported image file formats - most popular formats are supported such as JPEG, TIF CCIT (Gp 1-4), BMP, WMF etc users may store documents in Mono or full 32 bit color. Unlike many competing systems, Docutrack makes a copy of any file imported and once archived that file cannot be altered or ammended - making it suitable for true legal archive status. All orginal files are left untouched as DocuTrack keeps it's own working copy within a user defined directory structure. Docutrack offers Template driven indexing to speed up the key field input - making it necessary to change only fields unique to that document. Further, Indexing is aided by a numeric document field to allow autonumbering of data such as Invoice No, waybills etc. Documents are viewable to users in 9 seperate levels, so that only authorised users may view the most sensitive documents.
