Xi-WARP lets you bend and distort a selected part of any image by drawing an outline around it, and then a second outline to define the shape to be molded into.
Outlines can be bent to the extent of looping over themselves.
Several pairs of such outlines can be drawn anywhere on the main image, and the warping of each pair then animated simultaneously to give complex motion effects.
