A Non Graphical, Non GUI wave player for Windows. When associated with Wave Files (.wav), the user can just double click on the wave file in Explorer and QuickPlay will play it through the default sound card. No Graphical User Interface to slow down the loading, just the sound playing. The program will return codes to the user which can be nterpreted by other programs, so you can evaluate what error occurred.
