Actually an add-on to the native Windows Task Bar. It makes your Task Bar to look cool (flat) - exactly as toolbars in modern Windows applications (other options are also available). You may also define window groups which cause the window buttons on your Task Bar to be arranged not in the order of applications start, but in the order you want them to appear. For example, you might want that the buttons of MS Internet Explorer to appear the leftmost ones, then you would place the buttons for your MS Office applications windows and so on. And this ordering is persistent - having once defined it you will get every time you work with Windows! This allows for quick and easy switching between the windows - their buttons are always on their places.
