Windows and other operating systems do not deletefiles. Even after the recycle bin has been emptied the filestill remains on the hard drive or floppy. Remaining info can still be pulled from the hard drive using a bit more advanced methods. All in all a file remains readable until it has been completely written over. Real Delete will completly remove data from your disk from the first bit in a file to the last.
