Yet another filesplitter utility, this one is written in java and can therefore be configured to run on any system with a JVM, this version is bundled with the Java Runtime Environment for windows. The program is very easy to use, just enter the size you want each file to be and choose the file to split. Joining the files again is equally easy, the program is very fast and efficent.
