Requirements are Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP, at least a Pentium 75, 16mb ram,
6mb free disk space, IE Explorer 3.0 or higher and your computer must be
setup to access the Internet.
3. Program's features are net detection before program load, LED connection status,
send to systray for more user space on screen,check for updates,
compact mode and URL submission for webmasters.
