A program designed to limit and control MS-DOS application loading within a 32 bits Windows environment (Win 95, 98 and NT 4.0). Although OSStart is primarily build to serve as a loading control tool for MS-DOS applications running on a Windows platform, you may also use it to control loading of Windows specific program, thus preventing multiple instances of critical or ill behaved Windows applications.
