Windows Utility is a single PC administration tool developed to simplify tasks performed by users of Windows Operating Systems. Use it to Enable/Disable automated logons, control programs running on startup, restrict access to windows features (registry based policies) and to relocate special paths, such as your Desktop and Start Menu.
