This is an utility to decrypt encrypted PDF files and/or remove operation restrictions (printing, changing etc). Any file, encrypted/protected with ANY password (no matter what length of the password is or what language or symbols used, etc) can be decrypted/unprotected with guarantee. Restrictions removal is instant, decryption will take about 3 weeks in average (45 days maximum) using one Pentium II/333. For faster decryption, simple distributed computing mechanism using several computers is included. This is a command-line utility.
