This is a Visual C++ 6 Add-in ColourPicker. It features a standard colour picker and an Eyedropper tool, then can insert the RGB macro or hex code directly into the active editor window. It can be made to stay open after insertion to allow for easy insertion of multiple colours (for a Colour Table, for example). This utility is also available as a standalone customisable executable called Universal ColourPicker.
