A Win32 DLL that provides the user with the abillity to read and write JPG, PNG, TIFF and BMP images. It includes routines which support conversions to and from Windows HBITMAPs. There are also dozens of common image processing functions included : resize, sharpen, rotate, matrix, LUT, palettes color quantization, etc... VC++ and VB sample code are available.
