This ActiveX control allows the user to build custom toolbars that respond to the users mouse movements like Microsoft Internet Explorers Toolbar. It allows pictures to be defined for normal and hilighted states of each button and it extrapolates and draws its own disabled picture from the defined normal picture. Functionality also included is the ability to define drop-down buttons like MS-IE, these make menu dropping from a button easy.
