Answer Some Questions, Help the Linux Mint Team Out
The Linux Mint Team announced that they would like all the Linux Mint users out there to take part in a survey and help them out. As Lead Linux Mint Developer Clem Lefebvre explained, “as we’re planning for Linux Mint 11 and upcoming releases, we’d like to know a little more about our user base”.

Do you want to take the Linux Mint poll and help the Linux Mint Team out? If you answered “you know I do”, all you have to do is click this link and then answer a few questions. You can answer as many or as few questions as you want. If you don’t like a question for some reason, just skip it. Here are the questions you will be asked:

1. What Linux Mint edition do you use on your main computer?
2. What editions of Linux Mint do you currently use?
3. Which releases are you using at the moment?
4. Which browsers are you regularly using in Linux Mint?
5. The custom Google search engine doesn't provide as many features as google.com itself, but it is the main source of income for Linux Mint:
6. The default start page for Firefox is the Linux Mint Start page. It brings you the latest info on the project, links to the user guide and we use it to register statistics and to know the proportion of users using each release.
7. Can your computer read DVD discs?
8. How large is your screen resolution?
9. What video driver do you use?
10. Do you use 3D effects on the desktop (compositing)?
11. Do you use the default look and feel?
12. What do you participate in?
13. Would you like the KDE edition to switch to Debian?
14. Would you like the Xfce edition to switch to Debian?
15. Would you like the LXDE edition to switch to Debian?
16. Would you like the Fluxbox edition to switch to Debian?
17. Are you actually reading this question?

More than 2,500 people answered the last question, at the time of writing this. 43% of them said they love polls. If you love polls as well, or if you love Linux Mint and would like to help you, take the poll.
