Avira Celebrates 1 Millionth User with a 25% Off Promotion
Avira, company that specializes in providing antivirus, firewall, antispam, and recovery solutions against malware infection to Windows and Linux users, has recently announced that its freeware security software solution has more than 1 million users in Japan.
An Avira subsidiary was founded back in November 2009. The following month, in December 2009, the company rolled out Japanese language versions of its security software products. Just like it dos on the English speaking market, for no charge whatsoever, Avira offers entry-level products to computer users that want to stay safe and secure. It was only after the Japanese language versions were rolled out that Avira saw a considerable increase in customers.
