As you may remember, Norwegian developer Opera software rolled Opera Mini 5.1 back in July – just that at the time it rolled it out for Nokia S40 feature phones with limited memory (like the Nokia 5130 XpressMusic, Nokia 6300 and Nokia 2700) and phones with a smaller screen (like the Sony Ericsson K550i and Sony Ericsson W810i phones)
About a week later, Opera Software once again released Opera Mini 5.1 – that time it released it for Android-powered devices.

Today, the 9th of September, Opera 5.1 has once again released Opera Mini 5.1 – this time the mobile browser has been released for Windows Mobile-powered devices.

If you would like to get Opera Mini 5.1 for Windows Mobile, launch your phone’s default browser and go to m.opera.com. When you get to the page, Opera will select the optimized version for your phone automatically. Opera Mini works on Windows Mobile 2003 SE, Windows Mobile 5.x and Windows Mobile 6.x phones.
“Opera Mini 5.1 contains several key improvements for the millions of people with a Windows Mobile phone,” said Co-founder of Opera Software, Jon von Tetzchner. “The new Opera Mini is particularly vibrant and really takes advantage of high resolution screens. And, now that you can set Opera Mini as your default browser on a Windows Mobile phone, it is much easier to enjoy the speed boost and data compression. It is our way of making your Windows Mobile phone better.”
