Opera Software, the Norwegian software developer we all love for making the Opera desktop browser, has announced this week that it made the first Beta version of Opera Mobile 10.1 for Symbian Series 60 phones available to the pubic. Now that Opera Mobile 10.1 is out, Opera Software wants just one thing from the public – to test the browser and provide feedback.

- Geolocation – this feature, which is also available in Opera 10.60, determines your geographical location and puts you on the map. These are just the new features. Opera Mobile 10.1 Final comes with other bits and pieces that make it a great browser – a lot of bits and pieces: speed Dial, Opera Link, password manager, tabbed browsing, virtual keyboard, kinetic scrolling, auto-rotation to landscape mode, and Opera Turbo. The last feature for example, Opera Turbo, doubles your browsing speed by using Opera’s servers to compress whatever site you want to visit.
