For those of you who are constantly on the go, Opera Software has two mobile browser versions to offer: Opera Mobile 10 and Opera Mini 5. Both browser versions have pretty much the same features to offer. They both use the Opera Presto browser engine, both provide pretty much the same features (like tabbed browsing, Speed Dial, password manager, and so on), and both look pretty much the same. They both look pretty much the same because Opera wants to offer users “the same experience, no matter the device or which particular Opera browser they are using.”
There are also a few noticeable differences. But if you want to learn to choose between Opera Mobile and Opera Mini, then check out this article. We will now shift focus onto Cupertino-based software developer Apple and its mobile device, the popular iPhone. The iPhone’s native web browser is Safari. You could use Safari to browse the web, or you could go for something else. Like Opera Mini.

Opera Software has just announced that at the 2010 Mobile World Congress (MWC), Opera Mini for iPhone will be unveiled to partners and the media.
“We are thrilled to offer journalists and partners an exclusive preview of Opera Mini for iPhone during the year’s biggest mobile event,” said Jon von Tetzchner, Co-founder, Opera Software. “This is a unique opportunity to introduce the fast, feature-rich Opera Mini experience for the iPhone, and to showcase our latest beta releases of Opera Mobile and Opera Mini on other platforms and devices. Opera’s mission is to bring the Web to the world, and by making Opera Mini available on yet another platform, we are one step closer.”
Why would you want to use Opera Mini on the iPhone. Well, the first and obvious reason is that you like the Opera browser more than you like Apple’s Safari. Then there are these other two reasons: Opera Mini offers up to 6 times faster download speeds, and up to 10 times smaller data traffic.
