If you want to access popular Google-owned video sharing site YouTube on your desktop computer, things couldn’t be easier. All you have to do is fire up your browser (which is already up and running if you’re reading this), then visit YouTube’s official site at youtube.com.
Accessing the site on a mobile device is just as equal. All you have to do is launch your phone’s browser, then visit YouTube’s mobile site at m.youtube.com. Do so know and you will notice there are a few things different on the mobile YouTube site, which has been up and running since 2007.

YouTube announced that it revamped its mobile site. Here is what the new site has to offer:
Speed
The new YouTube mobile site is faster than ever before. This is important, because YouTube Mobile receives more than 100 million video playbacks a day. Just to put things in perspective, that’s how many playbacks YouTube.com was streaming back in 2006.
Looks
The user interface has been tweaked a bit. The elements on YouTube mobile are now larger and more touch friendly.
Functionality
YouTube Mobile has been enhanced to provide the sort of functionality you’ve come to expect from YouTube.com. The mobile site now offers search query suggestions, lets you create playlists, and lets you favorite, like or unlike videos.
Fast delivery
If the YouTube team makes an improvement on YouTube.com, you can expect that improvement to be quickly rolled out to YouTube Mobile. The same improvements can take a while to be implemented in native apps; but they can be immediately be implemented on the YouTube mobile site.
“As the world continues to go mobile, we think this is a great improvement for users who want a more consistent YouTube across many devices, no matter where they are. We're launching in English only today, but will be rolling it out in other languages in the coming months. You can access the latest YouTube mobile site from your iPhone or Android browser,” commented Product Manager Andrey Doronichev.
